LIABILITY WAIVER AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By registering for and using the Cherokee Acquisition Tariff Claims Tracker, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that Cherokee Acquisition acts solely as a facilitator connecting buyers and sellers of tariff refund claims.

2. I acknowledge that Cherokee Acquisition makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, validity, or collectibility of any tariff refund claims listed on this platform.

3. I agree to hold harmless Cherokee Acquisition, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my use of this platform or any transactions conducted through it.

4. I understand that all transactions are conducted at my own risk and that I am solely responsible for conducting my own due diligence on any claims I purchase or sell.

5. I agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding tariff refund claims.

6. I acknowledge that my account is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Cherokee Acquisition.
